I don't know of any other board to post this under and this is "Astral Realms" so...Has anyone felt that they have had telepathic communication with another? I don't mean where the person is sitting right there with you and you're getting a single thought off them, but a situation where there's physical distance between you, they're not in your immediate presence, and you're having a conversation- back and forth? Is this possible in the metaphysical studies done? How would you even know that it's not your own voice/your own mind talking back and answering you? Just curious and interested in this topic. I'm not crazy... I don't think. Not yet anyway. I'm too young! lol

I've never had a telepathic conversation, but I know what my boyfriend is thinking, we have shared dreams on the same night, and the most weird thing is that I sometimes 'hear' things in my head that he was thinking, and I could swear that I really did hear it but then he tells me he was only thinking it... last week when we were sitting across from each other, my third eye was getting a magnetic pull from him. The funny thing is that on our first date, we never discussed it but I knew I had found someone I would be able to get these 'vibes' with. Sometimes I'll say something in response to what I thought he SAID, and then he looks shocked because he never said it, he only thought it... lol! Once we had an argument and I stormed off, and when I calmed down and came back he said he knew I was coming back and he told me the exact spot I had walked to. At first we both found it amazing and weird to have these experiences (especially me being the one who 'heard' what was in his mind), but now we just accept it as commonplace.We were actually first introduced 10 years ago, very briefly, and never spoke again til last year - and after that first meeting I always felt a strange pull to him that I couldn't describe or explain (eg if I saw him from a distance down the street), and the main word that echoed to me all those years was "Aries"... turns out he has an Aries ascendant and moon. So to cut a long story short, we don't have telepathic conversations or go out of our way to try to have them, yet at the same time there is a kind of telepathic "exchange" that happens. IP: Logged |

CapGirl,I've had this experience before, at times when I want to reach out to a very dear friend and have been missing him a lot. We're not currently in touch all that often, and he's a few 100 miles away, but there have been occasions when I'll be meditating, focusing on him - I'd start thinking of what I want to say to him in my head, and then feel these responses coming back pat. I haven't had a chance to verify if he felt it too, but my test of whether or not it might be real or just my fancies, is if the answers came immediately without giving me time to think them up. Also, the responses won't always be exactly what you're hoping for; they might either be worded/felt differently or bring up a new idea rather than closely following your own train of thoughts. They might have that person's feel/signature, ie. be more characteristic of them than of yourself. So, what got you interested in this, CapGirl? One thing you might want to do if you have their natal chart & yours, is to see if you might have any synastry aspects between your charts to the asteroid Psyche. In my case, his Moon conjuncts my Psyche, while my Sun conjuncts his Psyche; sextiles & trines also count. I feel that this has added a whole new dimension to how we communicate with each other, given that our Mercuries square each other!! Yeah Capgirl, have you been seeing that person in your dreams as well? messages in the guise of dreams?I second sunshine here about the contacts between mercury and pscyhe...also I read that aspects in synastry between mercury and uranus could enhance that telepathic communication. Moon and Neptune (conjunction) could be the IT aspect as well. I read also that when someone has planets in your 12th house, they are unusually intuitive about your thoughts, don't know if it is telepathy though but heightened intuition. I expereinced that. I wonder what would people who have psyche conjunct psyche experience?  IP: Logged |

How do we work out those conjunctions? I know very little about it... in my case I can attest to the planets you mentioned. We have a mutual Jupiter/Moon/12th house Jupiter/Moon/12th house thing going on. I have Psyche in his 12th house as well (he has Psyche in my 7th house, not too sure what that means).IP: Logged | |
