Topic: A reoccuring dream over many many years about nature

Every once in a while I have a dream that I am hiking or biking by myself through the woods. It may be a place I have been once in the past when I was little. If it is the place I am thinkingm I had a lot of fun and it was a great adventure. Thats how I feel in the dream, it is a great adventure, I am having fun, a little mystery involved but its where I want to be, exploring. The end of the path is never certian. sometimes I remember it being a beach..or a house..it doesn't matter, its fun losing myself in nature. But why have I been dreaming of the same general setting, in the woods> what could it mean? It seems that in some of these dreams, its even a route I take to do daily things. I wish I could remember more. Its always a dream that when I wake up I say "cool." IP: Logged |

Hello Carl  Well, the woods often represent the unconscious, secrets, mystery, the unknown ... and adventure, as you said. There is also often a healing, spiritually connecting energy associated with it. Perhaps this type of dream occurs as a reflection of waking life dynamics at the time, a kind of heightened awareness in your everyday life. Or maybe the dream occurs when you are need of this feeling, of this connection, as it may be lacking in your life at the time. What do you think?  IP: Logged |

I think its my sag venus and sag mercury, scorpio sun in house 9 and scorp pluto in house 9, sag uranus and sag neptune all calling out to me for more adventure sub conciously. I am in the same old town and I need to live on my own somewhere new!!! need to travel, I have never seen the world and i need it!IP: Logged | |
