Hiya everyone

When I was a child, I used to always dream about snakes. They would be everywhere on the ground. I mean I literally had to move them aside in order to walk where I wanted to go. I was scared to disturb them as I was afraid they might strike at me and poison me.

Last night I had a snake dream. This time, they covered the ground I was walking on and I had to move them with my feet. However, most of them were dead but there were a few who were alive. Also, these snakes were green in colour and wiry. Again, I was scared to move them in case they bit me.
When I woke up again, I realised that this dream was very similiar to the snake dreams I had when I was young. Also, I haven't had this type of dream in years.
What could it mean?

Snakes always mean LOOK OUT! BE AWARE!!Snakes have to do with hidden enemies which could be outside you, or inside you (like self doubt, prejudice, lust whatever) You know the saying, 'children inherit the sins of their fathers and mothers'? Could have been something to that for you-secret enemies represented by snakes would have "messed" with a child because of a problem with that child's people.
I have dealt with many snake dreams in my long life and have never liked them but learned to use them as an alert system a BE AWARE system. Whem you kick or push the dead snakes aside, don't take any of their scales or yuch with you, you don't want to carry it around with you. Do you know they are dead, or do you THINK they are? Do they appear to be or are they? BE AWARE.
The nice thing is you are moving them aside alive or dead! Somethings are strong enough in you to do so! Congratulations and let the light shine! Snake story: Young person is traveling up the mountain on an errand, the day is cool and the person comes upon a snake on the side of the path. "Please carry me down the mountain so I may get warmth or I will die." The person replies," You are a snake, if I pick you up you will bite me and I will die." "Please, do you think I would bite the person that saves my life?" "Yes. I am on an errand and am going up the mountain where it is colder and not down." "Take me with you, then, as it cools I will be easily controlled and no worry to you. When you return down the mountain I will still be too cold and slow to bite you. Besides I would never do that to my rescuer and new friend. Do you want to be responsible for my death?" "ok," the person says and, holding a forked stick over the sleepy snakes head, put the snake deep into an outer pocket and tied it shut. The person then continued on his task. Late in the afternoon the person was climbing back down having completed the errand. Getting to a warmer place on the path he untied the string and began dumping out the snake. The snake bit him. The person asked, Why did you bite me, I saved your life!" The snake replied, "You knew I was a snake when you picked me up." Hope I helped

Hello Yang

Snakes can have such varied meanings. As tuxedo meow said, for many they can indicate warning - is this the case for you?

I don't know specifically what they represent in your dreams, but I do see a common thread.

As a child, snakes generally reflect dangers, cautions, rules, boundaries, and consequences that we experience and must negotiate while growing up.

Your recent snake dream reflects the same, but we can see that most of the childhood concerns are no longer issues because most of the snakes are dead. However, there are still a few "live" issues/concerns/feelings that persist into your adult life.

Can you identify some issue/concern/feeling/attitude which has surfaced in recent days and which is similar to the 'snakes' from childhood?

Thanks guys for your response!
The only thing I can think of, is money woes!
Lately, I am worried about my financial status, as this month I am already battling (considering this is my first year I am actually earning my own money).
At this moment, I don't even though if I will survive till the end of the month!

You will survive til the end of this month and many more, methinks. Trace back the money fear thing, what is the real fear based on. And know that worry cuts flow-You are stronger than you think or maybe you fear to admit that strength- fear feeds our "snakes"
