I had a strange thing happen to me last night.
As I closed my eyes and began drifting off to sleep I saw a very bright white light inside my head, it was so bright that it was a little irritating. It kept getting brighter and wider and I eventually went to sleep.
I felt happy this morning and very floaty, I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it though.

Sounds to me like you became temporarily aware of your pineal gland in action.

Wow.

I also want to mention that yesterday I became conscious in my astral body for a brief moment, and when I realized my body was in bed, I snapped back and it felt like I slammed into a brick wall and I heard a really loud popping noise.

I've been doing different types of meditation and exercises recently so that's why these things are happening I guess. I'm learning.
