In both dreams, I picked up the dog and attempted to make it stop trying to bite me by sticking my hand in it's mouth...I guess to try and gag it. After that, I shut the dog's mouth and kept it closed by wrapping my hands around it.

The difference between the two dreams is that in the first one, once the dog had calmed down, I began to pet him and try to make friends with him. In the dream the following night, as I held the dog's mouth shut, I felt very angry and frustrated and actually felt physically violent towards the dog.

In both dreams, I woke up immediately after this had occured.

Any insight into the differences and what they might mean?
