Hello and

It appears that your subconscious is in the final "death throes" concerning him. As you said, you feel like you have moved on, but there is still remnant feeling clinging there, in the corners of your mind, and this is just what the dream suggests.

The first parts of the dream all hook into remaining feelings you have, and these are being pulled out as you mentally/emotionally distance yourself from the relationship, as you make the break.

The last scene sums it up. Being on TV is a way to see an issue/situation/message that is emotionally difficult. It removes you from the immediate scene, giving you a kind of third person perspective. It is over (he is killed), and you are in the process of cleansing yourself of this issue (shower). Crying serves to release this remaining emotional energy.

I would say that this type of dream is quite healthy and will probably help you to get over him all the sooner.

How did you feel after the dream?

What do you think?
