Hi guys

This has got to one of the weirdest dreams I have had in a long time.
In it, I was at a carnival-type place and something was irritating me in my hand. I looked and saw a piece of what looked like a thorn, sticking out of my hand ( in fact, between my thumb and first finger.) Anyway, I tried to get it out and eventually I did. BUT, it wasn't just a piece of thorn. Rather it was the end part of a rose branch. I pulled it out and out came a WHOLE rose branch. It was the size of my arm! I was amazed! However I wasn't sick afterwards nor did I bleed ( as one would expect, if one pulled out a branch out of one's arm.) Also, and I think this is important, there were no thorns on the branch (considering it was a rose branch.)

At the moment your life and surroundings seem like a carnival, just kind of crazy, disorganized, and jumbled. And there is something in particular that is "irritating" you, something you are finding difficult to "handle" (thorn in hand) ... but this "irritation" is not what it seems. In fact, as you are forced to deal with it, you find that the "irritation" is actually something quite beautiful, and without the difficulty you first perceived (no thorns).

So, the question is, what does this rose branch represent? The archetypal meanings include Self, love, romance - but we are certainly not limited to those. There is a blossoming of something, a wholeness of some kind being indicated. What do you think? What, specifically, are you finding to be "irritating" or difficult to handle?

Mmm, Ra, you really got me there! The only thing I can think that I am having difficulty with, is money (but, I suspect alot of people, here, and in the real world, are too.) So, I don't think this dream is about that!

Also, my health ( especially my mental health) is worrying me. For a while now, I haven't been feeling myself, like I am feeling down in the dumps. But lately, I have been feeling ok, but I suspect that is only because I am going away on holiday this Friday.

Also, with Christmas coming, I will not be able to spend it with my family and that hurts me as well.
