He went to bed while I was making his dinner and he said to wake him when it was ready. He was so tired that it was difficult to wake him so I almost gave up. Then he said "is dinner ready?" I said, "yes sweetie, get up"...and then he said "in five minutes, I'm just talking to my spy, a cat who gives me information I no longer deserve."

I just giggled and told him about it later. He didn't remember why he said that. lol

Hello SunChild

This cat represents a part of his psyche which he feels disconnected with. It could be suggested that he disconnected himself from this aspect of himself out of guilt or feeling unworthy, and likely this is all on an unconscious level. Often cats symbolize a feminine aspect, like emotions/feelings or receptivity. Is he not connected well with his feminine side? What does he feel undeserving of?

Thanks Ra...sorry didn't see this until now.

It makes sense...I'll have to talk it over with him and see what comes out.
