Topic: Another weird water dream and Jared Leto

I just remembered this one. It was possibly about a week ago. I had a dream that I was going somewhere across a really large stretch of water on a ferry, or at least I was about to. I think I was getting my tickets. And there was a really strong loud wind all around me. I was travelling without a companion (my bf had been with me but he took the plane while I had to make this stretch of the journey by myself) but there were other tourists going to make the trip too. The really WEIRD part was that Jared Leto was one of the tourists, or at least it was Jared Leto playing some kind of character. He was like a young wannabe-rockstar type (when I looked him up just now, I found that he is in fact a singer in a band! I didn't know that). He was dancing around the ferry terminal (which was more like a courtyard) showing off and singing, being like an arrogant rockstar in a rock musical or something, and then he jumped up onto a small well/brick pond thing and fell in the water and went through an extended freaky death scene where he went through a few stages of death and I got the impression in the dream that he was seeing the 'other side' as he passed over or something like that. It was pretty weird. In fact I would rather forget it! But I'm wondering what it actually means. ??The strange thing is that somehow in my dream or maybe just after, I connected Jared Leto with my bf (he had 'sexy hair' and a nice body) but like a ridiculous parody of his 'performing' behaviour at times. Hello GeminiLover  Since you said it, I would assume that Jared Leto represents aspects of your boyfriend, perhaps something "ridiculous", "arrogant", or some other "performing behaviour". But, just how this connects with the rest of the dream, I am not sure. The dream seems to reflect a journey into unconscious "waters", maybe related to emotional energies ... some sort of change/transition (wind) or "winds of change" blowing into your life, and all this related to your boyfriend. Or maybe your boyfriend is changing in some way? Or maybe the relationship? Can you recognize anything in this?

Ridiculous, arrogant and performing behaviours all do describe aspects of his personality, lol!  Ohhhh and yes what you said makes sense! We are in counselling at the moment and he is going to have to face a lot of things about himself. A change could be coming, but I can't say if that will be a positive change in himself or if there will be some other kind of change. That does make some sense, but I'm not sure how it will all pan out exactly!IP: Logged |

Ah, now the dream makes much more sense. It does suggest that your boyfriend is going through some personal changes, which is what the death scene in the well (which symbolizes his personal unconscious) is all about. And of course this all affects you as well. IP: Logged | |
