I have been dreaming a lot recently, about love and life.

Last night, however, I had a dream I wasn about to embark on a trip on a cruise but before I got on the ship, I was shot in the leg - so a portion of my lower calf was hanging off (horrible image I know!) but then my other leg also had a cut on it. Yet, I could still walk.

The mood of the dream was suffocating and fearful. It was night, there wasn't any moonlight and once on the ship I was worried about my injuries and sought out a doctor who could clean it.

Then it ended....I woke up feeling unsettled.

This dream could indicate that you are moving through, or about to move through, unknown/unconscious territory (ship/cruise), likely having to do with hidden/unconscious aspects of self (night). It seems as if there may be confidence issues, or some other difficulty in moving in this direction (shot/cut in leg). Being shot often suggests some sort of aggression/hostility or anger directed at you, either from someone else, or towards yourself. Are you mad at yourself about something? Or is someone angry at you, or being aggressive/pushy? What is "taking shots" at your confidence or abilities?

Whatever the case, it is suggested that you will not be stopped (could still walk), and that perhaps you will seek to change that which hinders you (injured, sought doctor).

Could this relate to anything going on in your life?

I'm graduating this year after years at University. I'm unsure what to do next, my teachers have told me to do a masters so I have applied and got accepted. But other friends are going travelling and I want to do that too.

My mum is driving me a little crazy, the subject of my absent father kept coming up last week and i'm always unsure how to handle her in case she gets really angry.

I feel lonely too, even though I have a good life, great friends.

My sister is moving abroad for good this May.
