Topic: Boats, machine guns and blood???

Dreamt I was on a large power boat waiting for my kids to go to sleep. While waiting I was organising the table in the galley, putting on a new tablecloth and organising the salt and pepper shakers.
Suddenly I heard loud music coming from where my kids were trying to sleep and they were dancing around the room.
People came knocking on the door and I apologised for the music but they said to come out and join the party.
I didn't realise anyone was still awake.
A few people were sitting on the dock having a few beers and it was only just dawn. My mum was there and a male friend of mine, he came up and gave me a hug then went away to do his own thing.
The dock was wobbling and someone fell through into the water, I called for my male friend cos he was the strongest person I know and he pulled the person out of the water.
He fell in then I did too, weeds wrapped around my feet but I kicked them away and got out onto the dock.
Suddenly I was inside the dock's shopping complex and there was no railing on the upstairs balcony. I knew I was going to fall and grabbed for something on the way down but my hand slipped and fell a long way. I landed on a group of people who had moved themselves to break my fall.
I wasn't hurt.I woke up then dreamt again. My ex (father of my children) was at work and I went in to do my grocery shopping. The shop was under renovation and a glass pane broke and a huge shard buried itself in the side of his neck.
Someone called an ambulance and I told him not to touch it. He pulled the glass out anyway and huge spurts of blood gushed out. The spurts hit everyone and my white shirt was smeared. I put a towel on it and called an ambulance and the emergency operator told me they'd already been rang and an ambulance was coming. Then I was in someones house and we were preparing spaghetti for dinner. Someone came to the door so we went outside and talked to some people who'd been riding past on bikes.
The house was in a court and had a driveway both in the front, beside and behind it.
I stood on the lawn and remembered mowing it and the person who's house it was showed me how he used a machine gun instead of a whipper snipper to trim the bushes and edges.
I asked him if it was dangerous and he said not really but shot a drinking glass with it and it shattered. Last night I dreamt a short, weird dream. Dreamt I was in a hospital or doctor's office and needed to go to the toilet. Someone directed me to one set of toilets and they were all broken, one had no toilet paper.
I went into another one which was in the 'bosses' office and it had 2 toilets, one was full of water and the other had a sign saying out of order.
I flushed the one that was full and it almost overflowed then went down, I knew I shouldn't use it but I needed to go so I went a little bit then flushed it and the same thing happened (almost overflowed then went down).
Someone came in and said not to use it so I pretended I hadn't and nobody knew.
When I went back into the room all the toilets had been removed and carpeted over where they had been. I've had toilet/drain dreams before but that was kinda different... IP: Logged |

Last night I dreamt I was living on a farm in the depression (think 'waltons' NOT 'grapes of wrath') with a few other people.
We were going through all the old things in a disused machinery shed on the property and came across a table and 4 chairs. The legs on the table were loose and one of the chairs was unfixable, but we decided to restore the table and 3 of the chairs and they would be lovely.
Then we moved an old rusty train steam engine and it slid slowly away along old tracks revealing some old rusted steel lockers underneath.
We opened the lockers and they were full of cash, piles and piles of notes bound together. The bindings and outside notes were old and rotten but the cash in the middle was good and there was heaps.
We realised we were rich and wondered why we hadn't looked there before.
We went out of the shed and walked through a field of wheat barefooted, I was watching out for snakes (there were none) and we were all happy.Interesting dream, and a nice one  IP: Logged |

Hello OzMeg I apologize for the delay. Life in my private world has been a bit of a strain here lately. But things are a bit better at the moment and I'll be on vacation next week ... yay! Anyway ... The first dream from 7/08 is about "falling" emotionally, and then recovering, all while you are trying to put in order, or gain control of, your energies with more balance (organizing s&p shakers, salt/pepper = white/black = yin/yang). The next dream, with your ex, suggests some kind of disconnect between mind and body, or thoughts and feelings (glass in the neck) either concerning your ex or your relationship with him. How is the communication? The toilet/drain dream suggests (again) that you are having difficulty releasing pent up emotional energies. It seems you just barely have this under control (almost overfows). The dream from 7/08 suggests that you are working on fixing certain fixtures/aspects of your psyche (repair table and chairs), and as you do so, the seemingly fixed path that you have been living on (old train/tracks) will "slide slowly away", revealing a wealth of potential that has been lying dormant within yourself, you just didn't know it ("We realised we were rich and wondered why we hadn't looked there before). The growth and healing continue ... What do you think?

Thanks for that Ra!Never apologise for any delay, I never assume I'll get a reply when I post here, so I truly appreciate the time you take to reply!
Especially as you are so spot on, its scary! Are you sure you don't live next door? lol My ex is a pain, but thats nothing new. I feel he's lying about something but I don't know what and I don't really care, nothing he does can effect me. I hardly listen to him anyway (maybe I should??? Nah).
