Dreamt I was staying in a house with a whole lot of other people (strangers) including heaps of children. The children were running around everywhere (including my 2 own real-life kids) we were all getting ready to go out somewhere so there was a wait on the shower.
I puts dibs on the next shower and waited and waited but when I finally went to see what was going on saw it was my turn. Didn't actually dream of having a shower though (for once).
We all went to a marina type of place and somehow I ended up with all the children and then one of the men, most of the kids called him 'uncle'. I took them into a fancy restaurant and whilst waiting for the maitre de I was touching an extendable table and the hinges came out and it fell apart but I managed to fix it.
The maitre de said they were in between lunch and dinner so they couldn't seat us and looked at us as if we were scum and couldn't afford to eat there anyway but I knew we could so laughed to myself at his attitude.
There was a table of strawberries for free so I ate quite a few; they were large, vibrantly coloured and absolutely delicious! The best tasting strawberries ever.
So then we met up with the rest of the people and went into one of those virtual reality rides and I hit the button to make it start.
It was very cramped and we were all sweaty and I was squashed between two of the woman. One I knew was my half sister (haven't seen her since I was 3) and the other was my cousin I don't know well but like.
We were all sweaty but it didn't smell,lol.
I felt a sense of calm and excitement that we were all together having fun, but I didn't dream about the actual ride. We left and went outside and all had a barbecue dinner and watched fireworks all the kids loved me and everyone was happy.
I went to grab my son who was being a little naughty, but as I did it wasn't my son but someone else's. Another woman laughed fondly and said all the family's boys look the same at that age and dress the same as well but all the kids were happy, healthy and having a great time so it was fine.Kinda a nice dream, I can still remember the taste of those strawberries though! Had a weird dream sunday night. Can't remember exact details but more feelings which seem to be very important in my dreams.
Dreamt my 'horse whisperer' friend put his hand on my head and I clasped his fingers in mine. We were talking and I knew we were 'together' but I had that same strange feeling I always had whenever I dreamt of the pisces- kind of insecure and waiting for something to go wrong or him to pull away.
Don't know what we were talking about but I turned and asked another person his opinion, surprised to find it was the same guy though he 'felt' in my dreams the same way he feels in real life. He was smiling at me (he always smiles) and agreed with what I was saying.
I suddenly felt weird and guilty for holding the other 'him's' hand and dropped it immediately.
Weird, the same person but totally different vibes. Maybe the first him was the pisces in disguise,lol.Been dreaming of horses and dogs a lot lately, last night my mum slapped me across the face in my dream. That was strange! IP: Logged |

Hi OzMeg  The dream from the 8/11 post is a nice dream. You are confident, happy, loved, and enjoying yourself and others. I hope this is a reflection of how you are feeling now.  I feel like there is something else symbolized as well, but I'm not sure what. There are "strangers" you are staying with, but there are also plenty of references to family relationships - your kids, the 'uncle', half sister, cousin, "the family's boys". Most of these are "extended" family relationships, and I wonder if this is related symbolically to the "extendable" table which you "broke", then "fixed". The strawberries suggest that something is "ripe", something is ready for you to assimilate (eat). It's almost as if some sort of reunion is going to take place, or maybe this is in itself symbolic of the re-union happening within yourself. What do you think?  IP: Logged |

Oh, and the dream from 8/14 is certainly interesting. It feels like there is a sort of evolution going on in some way, yet there still exists the internal conflict and emotional insecurity when it comes to romantic interests.You said you felt that feelings were important in the dream ... which ones? The feeling I used to get with the pisces felt the same whether I was awake or asleep, a feeling that only the slightest thing would chase him away. He's very fickle, lol.The feeling I get when I see and dream of this other guy is no matter what I can be myself and he will still smile (he smiles at everyone). I always feel a bit guilty as well for some reason. IP: Logged | |
