I dreamt last night that I was waiting for a RIPTA bus home (I actually own a car in real life) and I saw eight shooting stars. It was one of those dreams where you forget that it is just a dream so I wished upon them. (Now I will say that I've wished upon a falling star in real life and my wish HAS come true) Unfortunately the dream didn't last long enough for my wishes to materialize.

Strange enough, in this dream I was also still in highschool and I did used to wait for a bus home afterschool. And I was also taking care of a baby with the person who is now my boyfriend in real life?? If you could tell me what this all means, it would be much appreciated. Its just all pretty bizarre.

The dream seems to suggest that there is something you desire (wish upon a star) and you have been waiting for it (waiting for bus). What first comes to mind?

The next question is, why eight shooting stars and what does that mean? Eight days/months/years? Or is it more symbolic than that? Here in Lindaland, we have an idea about the complexity of eight ... could this apply in some way? Eight can also represent energies concerning money, possessions, balance, or fate. Does anything in particular strike you?

What do you think? Can you put it together?

I can actually think of three things, two concerning personal matters and the other financial.

The eight baffles me for some reason. I couldn't actually tell you why there were 8 shooting stars in that dream. I'll try and ponder it along wiht the suggestions you gave me. Thanks again muito.
