I purchased a book thinking it would be an interesting read. The book is called [u]" OSHO The Book of Secrets, The Science of Meditation".[/u]
Is there anyone familure with this book?
I am finding it a bit complicated can someone shed some light?Thanks in advance,

Hello Zingi  It is one of my favorite books. I know it's big, but don't let that get to you. Really, you do not need to read the whole thing all at once, like I did. That will take some time, obviously. Look through the contents and such and pick something that stands out. Or just open the book anywhere and start reading. That's about all the light I can shed. It's an amazing book. If you can't seem to "get into it" now, just put it away and wait until later.   IP: Logged |
