Hi. I was wondering if someone could help me interpret this dream. Last night I dreamed of a friend who I grew up with. We went to grammar school and highschool together. I considered him a good friend. He was killed a few years ago and it surprised me that I dreamed of him. What was wierd about the dream was that I had received a picture in the mail from a person I used to date (in real life I sent this ex-lover of a mine a picture of my son-because he wanted to see how much he had grown since he last saw him) Anyway, in the dream I was happy that I rec'd a picture back from the ex-lover as I haven't seen him in awhile and he was posing with my friend (the one who died several years ago). They were both smiling, but the picture was like crumbled up, very tatered and when I had unfolded it that's when I saw them both smiling. What do you guys think it means? With the ex lover and I we continued to stay friends even after our affair ended so I have no clue, maybe it means that my ex lover has decided to end our friendship or what? Any ideas?

Hi Kay

I don't know that the ex-lover has decided to end your friendship, but it could be suggested that an end has come to some aspect of it, and not necessarily by anyone's conscious choice. Perhaps it is just a drifting apart.

What do you think?
