Hello Ra, it has been awhile since I have posted anything here, but I can't figure this out..I was walking down a grassy hill and I saw below a big circle of dirt/mud only a couple inches deep with smaller circle deep holes on the outside of the rim of the bigger circle. Kind of hard to explain, just try to picture this please... Water was coming into the circle from the surrounding grassy area all around and running into all of the deep holes. Then suddenly, the water come swooshing up and was making zig-zag motions like a fountain. I was with a few people, but do not remember anyone, and we sat down on the grass to watch. I remember eyeing the smaller hole below me and feeling a little scared or suspicious.... I said "There could be a snake in there" and the people with me just laughed , like I was being paranoid. Then this giant Anaconda size snake covered in mudd comes out of the hole below me and slithers on me, but the snake did not bite/or harm me, it went and bit another person several times who I felt was male. I thought it was weird and I cannot make any sense of it.. Can you? IP: Logged |

Generally speaking, the dream suggests that emotional energies (water), possibly repressed, are trying to leave the realm of your unconscious (holes in ground) and enter your conscious awareness (water comes out). What kind of emotional energies? Well, the snake could suggest they are instinctual or sexual in nature, especially considering the holes (snake=phallic symbol, holes=feminine symbol). Perhaps the snake bit a male to illustrate this. (Freud would love this dream! ) If not sexual in nature, then the snake could symbolize transformative energies, or even anxiety/fear/suspicion. I'm not exactly sure how to put it all together, but does any of this strike a chord with you yet? IP: Logged |

Well, kind of...I don't feel it is sexual. I can make sense out of the whole thing except/.... I looked up some of the symbols in a dream dictionary and it all makes sense to me except for the snake biting a male. The hill looking down is success over my endeavors, the circles withing the circles means I feel like I am in a neverending circle that I cannot get out of...the fountain is joy, renewed pleasure, like entering into a relationship. The water is me, and the dirt/earth is him and I turned it into mud..or the relationship turned into mud because of too much water or because of my emotions..which I have alot of and I express them...often. I follow my heart, he uses his MIND...he is an earth sign. The snake coming out of the hole with mud either means I have hidden fears or worries, that he cannot be trusted OR that it is transformation knowledge, etc. I feel as if it is because I cannot trust him now....but that leads me to the main question that I cannot understand..and that is why did he slither on me and then go bite a male companion? That is what I cannot fiqure out...What do you think that means? IP: Logged |
