I went out to my car, and the right rear tire was completely flat. I had somewhere to be, so I thought about driving it to the gas station one block away. Then I woke up.

Oh, and I wasn't going to the gas station to plug the tire or fix it--just to put air in it.

A car can symbolize either your body or a life issue/situation. If the body, then the dream could suggest that you may be ignoring or putting off some health issue, or at least not definitively taking care of it.

If an issue/situation, then the dream could suggest that the isue/situation is not functioning properly and you have only fixed it temporarily.
