I dreamed that I went to the doctor and they told me that I was pregnant with twins and that blew me away. I sat down and had to think some things over. The father of my twins was my ex I already have a 8 year old with him. I don't like him like that anymore so I was totally disappointed and trying to figure out how did all this happen..What could this possibly mean if anything at all..

This dream could suggest that conflict within your mind/psyche (twins) is brewing (pregnant), perhaps involving your ex and/or your child, but not necessarily.

In the dream you are "totally disappointed" and confused ... do these feelings relate to something that has happened recently in waking life?

Twins can also indicate a Gemini. Is there a Gemini in your life that may fit into a "totally disappointed" scenario?
