... due to circumstances which I am trying to not let get out of control, I will soon have to begin a withdrawal from this wonderful forum, and this fantastic site.My job of thirteen years is in turmoil, and while I am not in immediate danger of losing it, I am being forced to look for other means because of the unpredictability of it (I work for an automaker) and other possibly unacceptable aspects, like the working hours. I have a wife and two sons who are the world to me, and I must do whatever I can to ensure that we remain a happy, healthy, intact family unit, which means I must greatly reduce my presence here in LindaLand. I Love this place SO much! It has been a part of me for at least six wonderful years, and I cannot express enough what all of you have done for me. I Love you all. Thank you, Randall, for providing this forum, and entrusting it to me for so long. Though we have never met, I love you, my friend. Thank you. I won't be leaving altogether, and I'm not sure exactly when I will be fading out, it is just that this forum has been a part of my daily life for so long, and knowing that it will not be so in the near future is more painful and saddening than I imagined it would be. Anyway, thank you all for everything you have done here, for all you have contributed to my Path and learning and growth. There just are no words ... Walk in Peace IP: Logged |

ra- you'll be sorely missed. Every time I had a dream, I wanted to share it with you to get your insight. I've really enjoyed your presence on the board. I hope your situation gets better, and you'll be on more. THINK positive thoughts! Thoughts are powerful in situations like this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. IP: Logged |

*SOB*I understand why you have to do what you have to do, Ra. Of course!! Your job and your family and home life are so much more important than absolutely anything else. I do hope you don't go away completely and for good - that would be a terrible loss for us (me). You've been so giving and selfless here and I can't possibly thank you enough for it. You helped me through some dark times and some darker dreams and even if I still don't completely understand them yet - I have a much better grasp on them than I would have otherwise. You are fantastic and a great inspiration. <3

Ra: I rarely have posted here, but have lurked quite a bit...to learn. You have such great style. If a virtual page could have a vibe (and yours does for me) I would call yours calm, and peaceful.I hope this transition is a portal for you...to better things. ~N A Teardrop Arch Moonrise->

I just wanted to add my thanks as well. Your interpretation of my dreams helped me through some seriously rough times and helped give them some meaning when at times I was in some very dark places. Thanks, and take care IP: Logged |

I love you, too, my friend and my brother. Through Lindaland's many storms you have been the perfect balance of loyalty and fairness tempered with wisdom. I will never forget one in particular, and how you listened to my side (right or wrong) when almost everyone was attacking. Brother, I've got your back until eternity meets forever. And that's a fact. You can rest assured that we will watch over your baby in your absence, and you can drop by and say hey anytime (with no pressure to work). Maybe we can meet at Dragoncon this year. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. Ra,I sent you an e-mail. I don't know if you got it Anyhow, NOOOOOO you can't leave! You simply can't and I won't let you! You have been here one of the longest with me! Now you have a co-moderator so you don't need to "officially leave or withdraw". I understand your situation and I totally support you, but I hope you will still try and pop in and out quickly. Anyhow take care now. IP: Logged |

Ra!!!! I've found all of your insights to be incredibly helpful... you not only have an amazing talent for interpretation, I've also been inspired by how much you've taught me about the 'astral realms' in general. I hope you won't disappear from Lindaland altogether. IP: Logged |

Artist formerly known as Yang, do you still want to be a Mod? I'm thinking another Forum. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." Thank you all so much. This string makes it sound as if I am leaving for good! I'm not. I just won't be here nearly as often, and I will retain moderator status. Randall suggested I stay on, and Nephthys has forbidden me to give it up! So, there you are. Twist my arm. I feel much better about it now, knowing that this forum will be left in the good and capable hands of writesomething and Peri. Thank you everyone! I deeply appreciate the light you are sending. I can use it. Walk in Peace IP: Logged |
