Hi Everybody,I'm somewhat new here at least posting. I have been aware of this site for some time. Normally I don't have much to post but I had a terrible nightmare in January and was wondering if anyone could offer any insights. I can't recall the entire dream except that I heard a frightful, deep voice in my ear. It woke me up in a fright and when I opened my eyes I could still feel the warmth of breath in my ear. It felt so real that it terrified me. Ever since my health seems to be going downhill and wonder if there could be any possible connection. Has anyone ever had such a dream where you feel a physical sensation even once you wake up? I am a prolific dreamer so a dream or in this case a nightmare has to be different to catch my attention. Do you remember what the voice said to you? Do you think this wasn't a dream but a spirit meeting? The voice made you feel fearful? What do you remember feeling exactly? Why do you feel your sudden health issues have to do with the "dream"? Do you live in a older house that could be possibly haunted? I also wonder what kind of Neptune transits you're going thru, I know during some intense Neptune transits, I had some very STRANGE dreams that felt very real.IP: Logged |

That was very rude of the spirit, if thats what it was, to do that while you were trying to sleep. However, its possible that it wasn't a spirit, because the power of suggestion from the subconscious mind can cause such sensations (for example, when people have undergone hypnosis, they can be made to feel very real, unreal physical sensations). If you are worried about it, you could always try praying- always does seem to help. Anyway, I do hope these things get resolved soon. I send you my love. And by the way, welcome to LindaLand! ukluv first and foremost..WELCOME!i've had some real trouble sleeping because of certain experiences...but the only way i got out of it was to focus on something positive... if i get scared or feel there's something or someone around, i pray. and then i force myself to think of something happy! if its a bad spirit i think it gets attracted to negative energy, like fear and plays on it. this is totally what i think...i cud be wrong....but i know what helps is ignoring the fear and focusing on the positive, even if it seems difficult...it worked for me! take care and keep us updated IP: Logged |
