holy ****** these 3 last nights i hawe only
been sleeping 6hours, cos every morning some
sound wakes me up.And this morning a voice that
sounded like a womans said my name and scared
me like *******. am i developing medium abilities or do i hawe a ghost stalikng me??

I think it is your subconscious playing out to you. Also, the fact that you're not getting enough sleep affects your mental state when you awake, therefore things happen that really do not happen.
Are you under alot of stress?

O, ok. Maybe the spirits can pick up on this "downtime" you're having and they are taking advantage of it?

Maybe this female voice you heard was trying to tell you that everything is going to be ok, even though it scared you ( the voice).
