Had 2 dreams in 2 nights about the same person who is a kind of friend of mine and also sometimes a lover.

The first dream he wasn't in, but friends and I were sitting around talking with his mother and she was laughing because she'd caught him in the shed in an...um... compromising position with a woman. I said to his best friend 'see I told u he sleeps around!' and he was surprised but his mum wasn't.

Last night I dreamt I was sitting in the back of a car wrapped in a blanket and the sun had just come up. This guy and his best friend came up to the car and I hid my head under the blanket when I saw this guy (I was embarrassed cos in reality I text him a few weeks ago). His best friend said something and I poked my eyes out and asked 'what?' to which he replied 'you don't wanna know what he just said about the bucket seats.' so I made a face then pulled the blanket off me altogether and looked at this guy. He was standing right in the light of the sun, the rays were pouring down on his head.
The 2 guys got into the front of the car and this guy was driving but while he was driving he turned to look at me and once again he was bathed in that sunlight- he absolutely glowed from it- and he was looking at me so long while we were talking I wondered that he hadn't crashed the car.
He turned around at the last minute before hitting a wall, I wondered how he knew and how confident he must have been that he wasn't going to crash.

These 2 dreams seem so different so I'm wondering what they mean. Maybe its simply that I'm in 2 minds about this guy- I've heard he sleeps around (his best friend doesn't think he does) which has nothing to do with me; but then again, I think he's just lovely which is possibly why he was bathed in the sunlight.

The sunlight was cool, I've never seen rays of sun like that in a dream.

The 2nd dream sounds like you are idealizing this guy...youre covered in a blanket at first which makes me think, you were cautious about him at first, but eventually got lured in by his charms/looks/etc(you take the blanket off).. He glows in sunlight, hes confident, but at the end he crashes into the wall, tells me, you dont see him for who he really is..and eventually you will realize it but it will take something dramatic to make you realize hes not the one for you...and youre not really seeing him for who he is.

The first dream...not too sure...

I did find this online though:

quote:
A dream of a mother is usually a dream that foretells a happy conclusion concerning a love interest as a mother represents love, protection, and nourishment

Interesting. And thanks.

I'm STILL cautious about him as I had a very bad experience with a pisces guy who was also younger than me making me very very wary. This cancer is my best friend's husband's best friend (lol) so I know him pretty well but only as a 'sort of' friend.
A lot of my past dreams here refer to the pisces, some to this cancer guy as well.

BTW-
He didn't crash the car, he turned around at the last minute before he crashed. Thats why I was so surprised in the dream, I thought he was going to crash but didn't.

hmm...Maybe his confidence is just an act...sunlight is covering him, he is the center of attention because of the light...maybe he feels insecure about things between you, that he is not sharing. I still feel like you're possibly idealizing him.

So funny, he is pretty insecure but most people don't realise this as he's extremely good looking with quite possibly the best body I've ever seen. He's quiet until he gets to know someone (unless he's drunk, but even then he won't 'share' til he's comfortable).
On the flip side I think he may be a bit insecure about a pisces I used to see, last time I saw him he was asking me all sorts of questions about him/us and I was pretty honest so unless he's imagining things he has nothing to be insecure about..

And I probably do idolise him- more for his personality than his looks which is good ha ha ha. At least I don't idolise him like his best mate does, this guy thinks he can do no wrong and is just Mr wonderful. Unfortunately he's also very much in denial about certain aspects of him.
