It actually seems i have a whole other life in my dreams. I want to sleep all the time, my life is now more vivid in my dreams than in my awakened state. This has been coming for some time now. My dreams are making me groggy, and needing more sleep, and then i dream as if that is where my life is actually taking place. This is so unusual. I wake up exhausted. I don't know how to discuss it with anyone. Any thoughts?

blue-I can relate to what youre saying, in the past I have wondered if life was a dream, and dreams were life... if my dreams were a life in another dimension or planet...iam the type of person to get caught up in my dreams..I dont have all the answers, but those are my thoughts.
