me and the guy who i'm in love with (we are really close friends) were driving a blue van/truck in a city in africa (we've never been there in real life). he was driving (i don't have a license), and he was an elephant and i was a small animal, a cat or a ferret, and looked albino-ish with a red nose/eyes. it was like a cute cartoon!

we were just having a regular conversation, "this city isn't very pretty hey let's go to ___ someday it's supposed to be very nice, yea" like we do in our waking hours. then after a while i turned to him and asked "why do you hang out with me?" and he looked at me strangely, like why i was asking a silly question like that, and answered "...to f*ck you...?" as if of course that's the reason. then i said "you don't need me for anything".

we arrived at a warehouse. he had a job offer to pick up a cargo here in africa (he had the connection because he's an african elephant!). we parked the van/truck, and for some reason we took the empty cargo box off the back and put it on the ground next to the truck. and i wondered why we did that, because we are not loading till tomorrow and anyway i didn't see the reason why it should be detached from the truck.

This dream suggests an unknown/foreign (never been to this city) aspect of the situation with your friend. It appears that he is in control (driving) and has much power over you (he is big elephant, you are small animal), especially emotionally (blue truck).

The puzzling part could simply suggest that he does things you don't understand, and perhaps he is more "detached" from you than you would like to think. Or maybe he does things which cause you, at least subconsciously, to be suspect of his motives.

I'm not sure. What do you think?
