Weird huh?

I have some thoughts about the first part of teh dream and my cousin but I don't want to share those until I get another input.
The second part was just cooler than hell and I even remember thinking as it was happening how that was and how peaceful and aware of the process I was.
And even know this looks like a lot of writing everything happened quiet fast.

The first part of the dream suggests that you feel as if you have lost control of some situation or aspect of your life. Is your cousin involved with this? It could be suggested that the more freaked out others get about this, the less you feel able to do anything about it. Is this something that is truly out of your control, or is it more like you feel compelled to do something that others (like your cousin, perhaps) don't want you to do?

The second part of the dream is not really a dream at all, but a process that you happened to be aware of, just as you said. All sorts of strange and seemingly random images can manifest during this part of the process of awakening. We are usually not aware of the process of awakening, when the body is asleep and the mind is at least partially awake, but it can certainly be "cooler than hell" and "peaceful".

The image you describe kind of reminds me of the process itself, the heightened awareness (eagle) of the "mechanics" (mechanical) of coming back to yourself (flying towards you). Very cool.

Yes, part one of my dream is pretty much what I am experiencing with life right now, my cousin always dramatizing everything, so with her I have to slow down when she gets like that , but at the same time I feel if a slow down so much I am not getting anywhere. (I thought about that after I was done writing you and it totally makes sense).

The second part of it though, I am not sure, am I asleep, am I awake ?
There was another time where something similar to this happened to me, I was doing some meditation and all of the sudden I happened to be looking at a male bust that would rotate in different directions, kind of lie a 3D image but this one I kind of had some control over and I knew I was not dreaming, it also was not a part of my imagination because it was very real , like a lucid dream.Usually if you are awake and imagining things you don't see them right in front of you and as clear as these two have been.It is also preceive on your eyelids to where when you use your mind to imagine something it happens in the top/back of your head.

Unlike the male bust this light and mechanical eagle were "presented" to me, I had no control over and the more I would fear I would wake up the further it got.
It looked like the invisible jet from wonderwoman LOL since I could only see an outline and no specific color, also it had square lines, this is why I say it look mechanic.

Whatever it was it was very nice and the light was very peaceful and bright but not to the point that would hurt my eyes, as I said, it was like looking at a birght light through a screen or sunglasses.

Both. That is what makes it such an unusual experience. It is called the hypnopompic or hypnogogic state, depending upon whether it occurs before or after actual sleep.

It can be a very peculiar experience, as you have found out! And, it is only a step away from having an out-of-body experience.
