The Dream:

I was in my current house. Just a bit different structurally, but mostly the same. I was doing some kind of renovations, moving furniture around, etc. There were doors off the hinges, furniture moved, a real mess. I happened to walk in my front room and glance in the kitchen where I saw, what I percieved to be in my dream a ghost. (I remember thinking I had conjured up a ghost due to the renovations I was doing.) I could see him vividly and he looked quite mortal, but I knew he was a ghost. He was visible from the waste up,standing behind my kitchen counter, a young, probably latin man, short wavy dark hair, had a black shirt on and an orange Home Depot apron! AND he began to throw beer bottles at me!!! They were coming very fast, so I kind of like a super hero grabbed one in mid air and threw it back at him. Well this ****** him off so I fled around the corner to peek at him again, and he saw me and began throwing the bottles again.

I forced myself to wake when I realized it was a dream and I was so scared!

I see some kind of personal symbolism, but would like your opinion!

The dream suggests that your mind/psyche (house) is going through some sort of changes. Have you recenly been actively "rearranging"/changing or otherwise restructuring some part of your mind/thoughts/psyche? Have you been "moving things around" in your mind/thoughts lately? Is it a "real mess" at the moment?

It is suggested that these mental movements have inadvertently released or uncovered a personal "ghost" of some kind, something you had buried away in your subconscious, something you probably did not particularly want to remember. Does this ring a bell?

I'm not sure how pertinent, if at all, the particular images are about the man and the beer bottles. It could be a general symbolism, or there could be specifics alluded to.

Have you been drinking more than usual?

Did you have issues with someone, a man, who drank, in your past?

The kitchen could symbolize nurturing energies ... does this relate to your childhood?

The kitchen could symbolize transformation ... could this relate to issues concerning difficulty, reluctance, or obstacles to some sort of change in your mind or life?
