Okay, this is not that helpful I guess, but I can't remember all the details but it has stuck with me all day...
I dreamt that I was awarded a scroll, with the tassle attached and the ends had wood on, when I opened it up I broke one of the ends a little bit and was trying to hide it so no-one would notice. This was followed in the same night, by another dream where I was in a bakery looking for a cake, it had to be a certain type - an english chelsea bun (shaped like a scroll) - and when I found it I wanted to measure it on the top with a spirit level to make sure it was perfectly straight?
Am I nuts?! No don't answer that
But any insight? I can't find anything online regarding either scrolls or spirit levels...

Thanks

Hello cat

You still out there?

The first dream could allude to "loose ends" of some kind (broke an end), or to something received or earned, perhaps knowledge of something (scroll), that you are trying to hide, and/or to keep contained.

The second dream could refer to something you were/are looking for (looking for cake), perhaps emotional in nature (cake) and perhaps based in knowledge (scroll shaped bun) that you are trying to "keep straight".

I know it's been a while since you had the dream, but does that make any sense?

Thanks Ra, in hindsight, yeah it does make sense, at the time I was waiting for information regarding using my teaching degree in another country which has now come through, so tied up the 'loose ends', it was also an emotional time for me and I was desperately hoping that my degree would be recognised 'kept straight' maybe...?

Thanks again, good to see you're still around

A little anxiety about your degree ... that makes a lot of sense, cat.

Thank you for sharing your dream.
