I would not for one second, entertain or find relief or pleasure in the idea of sending someone else back the negative energy in hopes that they have a hell of a nightmare. You are just prolonging and dragging out negative energies that will again come back to you and round and round again until someone knows enough to break the chain. Try to neutralize it with thoughts, visualizations and prayers of White Light or Source energy or whatever you want to call it.

In these cases I usually ask my Guides or Angels to help me in strengthening my energy field and transmuting any dark energy that may be coming to me and freeing it up. For help in changing it into more positive light for the planet or healing to the person who may be sending it. I pray for that person whom it may (or may not!) be coming from, so that they heal and learn from the situation and discontinue feeding the energy exchange.

Don't wish for negative energies to go back to someone ever. Pray for their healing and send Love. It transmutes all. I believe it to be the most (ONLY) powerful energy in the universe and it should be the "weapon" you use.

You should probably do some research on how to strengthen your energy field and learn some mantras to repeat (silently or out loud) throughout the day and before you go to bed. Know that you are a powerful being full of light and darkness feeds off of your fear, so the worst thing you can do is play into it. You have to learn about your inner power and how to use it.

Here is a one word mantra that may be of use to you. Or find a prayer or mantra from your own faith and keep it strong in your mind especially before you go to bed at night. Ask your guides or angels to protect you, they will. Visualize white light beaming out from your every pore. Negative energies will run like hell.

Beej Mantras are single character mantras which are as

Mantra Prayer Of Protection

Father - Mother God,
I ask that I be cleared and cleansed within the White Christ Light,
the Green Healing Light,
and the Purple Transmuting Flame.

Within GOD's will and for my highest good
I ask that any and all negativity be completely sealed in it's own light,
encapsulated within the Ultra Violet Light,
cut off and removed from me.

I return all negativity to its source of enamation,

Negative energy can be created numerous ways. Illness, stress, anger, sadness, depression, violence and tragic events are just some of the ways it can form in your home. There are many simple and effective ways to clear all of this out and keep your space pure and clean. It is recommended that you do at least one of these once a month, preferably on a full moon.

1. Set out small bowls of vinegar in every room of your house. Use white vinegar in the bathrooms and apple cider vinegar in the bedrooms, home office, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, attic and basement. Keep the bowls away from children and pets. Let it sit out over night or for at least 6 hours.

2. Make or buy a bundle of dried sage or sweet grass. It needs to be at least 6 inches long. Light the bundle on fire and then blow out the flames. Let the smoke cover everything in your house, including closets and doorways. Use a bowl or flat sea shell to catch the ashes as you walk around. When you're finished leave the windows open for a few hours.

3. Leave a bowl of water outside in the sun for 3 hours. It needs to be in full sunlight, the more the better. Take a bundle of fresh basil leaves (any kind will do) and use to sprinkle the water on your window sills, doorways (all of them), fire place and anywhere else you would like.

4. Hang sachets of herbs in your house where there is heavy traffic to prevent negative energy from accumulating. A few suggestions are cloves, dill, dragon's blood, lavender, violet, thyme, bay leaf, chamomile, cinnamon, cedar, pine, eucalyptus, myrrh and frankincense. You can also use these in your drawers and closets to make them smell good.

5. Vinegar can be used to erase negative energy. Letting it sit out is one way but you can also clean with it and have the same effect. Use one part vinegar to three parts water. Clean your floors, walls, windows and surfaces.

I need some guidance on how to handle a particular situation. I have a life partner that tends to be on the negative side. I have found the more spiritually in tune I become, the more sensitive I am to negative energy."

If you don't feel you are strong enough to take care of this on your own, Eliza, I would see about getting a priest involved until you have healed and cleared.

Just a passing thought...drugs and drinking will weaken your energy system and open up holes and cause rips or tears where these forces can latch on and feed. I dont know if you do drugs or drink but you may want to consider this.

In any case, learn about ways to strengthen your energy field and let go of fear.

I heard in other religions, that they believe God created two races- the human race (out of clay), and another one called jinn (out of fire). The entity you are dealing with is from fire. Guess where satan came from? Yeah, from the jinns. The closest reference of jinns that can make you understand what they are is jeanie (from the magic lamp and stuff).

The characteristics of this fire race is that humans don't see them unless they show themselves. They can shapeshift into anything they want. Just like humans, there are the good ones, and the bad ones. Black magic is when humans deal with the bad jinns. What you described is typical appearance of a jinn. Others might see ones that are extremely hairy, speak a different language, etc... Someone has either done something with black magic to curse you, or you invited something or did something to a relative of the jinn or to the jinn itself to anger him (of course without knowing).

These are not nightmares, these things are actually happening to you. Btw, these entities can possess your body to make you do and say crazy things (something like the exorcist). Sometimes when a woman is in the process of getting married to a human, a jinn appears preventing you from doing so (and even telling you so) b/c you got married to this jinn and you had no idea.

I suggest you go to a monotheistic religious figure- priest, sheikh, or rabbi to help you get rid of this entity. Don't do anything paganistic, b/c that might aggravate the situation.

thebigeliza - I experienced something very similiar years ago and still have scars on my hand from the attack.Someone explained to me that it is possible that the thing that attacked me was an ectoplasm.They are spirits trying to manifest thems - elves in the physical form. White ones are good spirits and the dark ones are bad.I'm not saying that this is what is attacking you but could also be a possibilty.

Are you sensitive to your surroundings? At times these spirits can pick up when one is sensitive and is drawn to the person.

Frankenscence are potent and I would highly recommend them. Prayer is powerful too. Also protect yours - elf with white light.
