Last night I had a weird dream and I've had a similar one before so I posted it as well, but here is last nights dream-Dreamt I was already a bit drunk (felt very confused) and kinda lost when I found a place where some old friends were working and they were unloading big tuna fish off trawlers into iced trays.
I waited and some other people arrived who I could get a lift home with, everyone was looking at me strangely and I tried to explain that I wasn't drunk but that my drink had been spiked and I had no idea how I had got here.
The car was full and couldn't take me home so I wandered into town and into bars but didn't drink as I had no wallet or money. I didn't really expect to find anyone but I was half hoping someone would talk to me and help me.
This sounds vague I'm sorry, I can't put it together right on paper for some reason. The important things in the dream however were that I was feeling dizzy and lost from being drugged, the fish stood out and the fact I was wandering without money or a way home.
This is a copy from a dream I posted on the 12th feb. It was the only other time I've dreamt I've had my drink spiked...
Had a dream I was camping with my kids and a few other friends came along. It was close to sunset and we all had a few drinks then I smoked a joint with my friend's husband (as I do on occasion- my bad!) then decided to go swimming in the dam.
I was swimming and realised I was being pulled towards a drain and I had to struggle very hard not to get pulled into it. I held onto the grate of the drain and felt it pull me so hard that it took me ages and all my strength to pull myself up out of the water and onto the bank. There were kids swimming nearby and I told them to get out but they weren't effected at all by the drain and everyone wondered why I had been, I'd actually felt so weak.
Then I was in my car and it wouldn't stop, I had the handbrake on and was in the lowest gear but it still wouldn't stop so I ended up turning it in the tightest circles it would go.
Then it was night time and I was driving my car down the main street towards home. I thought I was coming down with an illness cos I felt so lethargic and dizzy- the dizziness was truly awful. I even wondered if I'd been bitten by something as I'd never felt so terrible in all my life.
I couldn't see straight and had trouble once again stopping my car, I drove on the footpath and almost ran down people eating alfresco outside a restaurant. I bumped into a few parked cars then turned into a quiet street and the car stopped.
I got out of the car wondering what was wrong with me and couldn't believe I'd been driving. I was feeling worse and worse, more dizzy and lethargic by the second.
I went to walk down some stairs but I was so wobbly I could hardly see let alone walk. I grabbed hold of a pogo stick and seemed to be able to fly down the stairs. I knew something was seriously wrong with me and I was hallucinating and if I wasn't careful I'd fall and break a bone or worse.
A woman was standing on the stairs looking at me like I was crazy, I grabbed hold of her arm and whispered 'Help me. I'm sick, there's something really wrong with me.' She called an ambulance right away and I knew I was going to be ok.
I guessed I was having a really bad allergic reaction to something, then realised someone had spiked my drink with LSD or something similar. I thought back (although I was still hallucinating wildly) and realised that even back when I thought I was being sucked into the drain I must have been starting to trip out as the children weren't effected.
I didn't know who had spiked my drink and wondered why they had- I was furious as I could have killed someone in my car.
