Hi there! My sister experiences lucid dreams all the time, they make her exhausted and she wonders if there is a way to stop. She can see images, smell, feel and sometimes even taste and I know that she can hold a conversation whilst "asleep" because I had one with her last night when she accused me of throwing gravel at her and I said I wasn't! haha She remembers nothing about that this morning.I told her a lot of people would love this skill but she's not very happy at all and is constantly exhausted. Any top-tips? Thanks all! IP: Logged |

personally, i would think lucid dreaming could be interesting...being aware also gives you more control, is she a high strung person? has a job with a lot of stress? has she always been this way? maybe a change in her environment could help.IP: Logged |

Hello wheelsofcheese Yeah, usually people are asking how to become lucid, not how to get out of it! The only thing I can think of at the moment is to try and program the subconscous. Before she falls into sleep, she could repeat to herself a simple mantra, such as "tonight I will dream normally and I will awaken refreshed." Or, "my dreaming will energize me." Give this a few nights and see what happens. IP: Logged | |
