Hello, a few days ago I had a very disturbing dream... if anybody can help me with the interpretation, very much appreciated.

I was watching TV- when suddenly appeared what seem to be one of those places where they kill the Bulls slowly and painfully with swords (I don't know the name in English)- (by the way, I'm an animal lover and defender of their rights).

I wanted to change the channel but didn't and kept watching, when a cow enter the field and the angered bull started to run towards her. He started to crash her, hurting her on the back and her legs. Until she fell helplessly.
Immediately after, he stood in front of her, kind of to give the "final move" to kill her- and violently plunged one of his horns into the cow's forhead.

I can still see this terrible image in the back of my mind. It was horrible. Lots of blood and the cow's sorrow.

I'm so disturbed about it
I don't understand this dream, any help please?

In many cultures the cow is symbolic of Mother Earth, are you worried about global environmental problems?

or maybe the dream is conneceted with someone you know who was born under the astrological sign of Taurus?

Hi xarax,

I think that what Peri says is certainly connected but my swing on it is this:

This is forewarning a big change - shocking to people as they hear it on the news. I'm not sure of the details but it has to do with political action from the 'movers and the shakers' in the business arena, and a popular big corporation that is like a household name. Possibly someone going into receivership and the govt will not assist. The corporation is like something most people grew up with and prob employed a lot and made a lot within a wide sphere. There will be higher court action involved.

It will be a shock but probably something people will just have to accept - a generational change that has political impetus and social impact. Many will be horrified and feel like rioting even if only on an everyday level within their general conversation circles.

Good dream!

Peri, yes, I think the being worried about environmental problems could be. Maybe in a more subconsciouss way.

But actually I've been thinking about my country, it hasn't rain for days (before that dream) so we were all kind of worried. Now that it did, it's a big relief for all

Hi xarax,

Yes, I guess in this economic climate such a situation would not be unusual. The telling watchpoint will be its impact on you if you hear such a headline.

Hello xrarax

This dream could represent something about a situation/issue in your personal life. Watching a program on TV often symbolizes an issue in your own life which you are not willing or able to fully consciously acknowledge. Thus, watching this symbolic program puts mental/emotional distance between yourself and the issue so that the subconscious mind can safely let the information/energy out.

So, the bull and the cow could reflect either an internal or an external issue.

If internal, the dream could symbolize a conflict within yourself between masculine (bull) and feminine (cow) aspects. The bull could symbolize anger/rage within you which is not recognized or acknowledged and which threatens to "kill" or otherwise short-circuit some feminine aspect of yourself, such as feelings, receptiveness, or nurturing energies. Because the cow was stuck in the forehead, it could be suggested that the feminine aspect is something of the mind or thoughts, like intuition. Are you not paying attention to your intuition because of some sort of anger or rage?

If the dream is a reflection of an external issue, then the bull could represent a man in your life, perhaps a Taurus as Peri suggested, who is very angry or being very hurtful to either yourself or a woman in your life (the cow could even represent your mother) and you are having difficulty acknowledging it.

What do you think? Does any of this strike a chord with you?

Hello Ra!

Thanks so much for your interpretation
I think it's def more an internal issue like you pointed out. The short-circuit btw my feminine and masculine aspect of myself.
Or I'm probably being the bull, insensitive to other's "weaknesses" or feelings.

Thank you! It really made me reflect a lot.
