Topic: Odd dream. Interpretaion?

The oddest dream for me. 
I was in a burning department store saving people with inhuman stregnth, trying to get them all out. People kept going into the elevator even though I told them not to. I was on one of the floors when all was silent and dim. it was the electronic section. I couldn't see the flames, but I knew they were coming and suddenly part of the ceilng gave out. I was trapped and frightened. Suddenly the from off of a shelf I grabbed a big red button and slammed my hand down on it. 
I was outside the department store. it was sunny and it was as if it never happened. Then the dream ended. I never remember dreams too well, but this one was sooo vivid! 
I'd love an interpretation by someone!

Hello Soul Dragon I would ask the same questions as Ariefairy. The burning and fire could represent "fiery"/intense emotions of some kind which may be related to something you want or need in your life (department store) or are trying to preserve/save (saving people). Your inhuman strength could reflect your potential for overcoming this issue, but more likely is compensatory for a feeling of a lack of strength or ability to do so, so your mind is trying to provide a balance. It could be suggested that you are not being listened to or taken seriously (people ignore your warning), and you feel as if things are collapsing upon you, or could (ceiling gave out). You are feeling "trapped and frightened", and you are ready to put a stop to it (big red button). The last scene suggests that you can indeed put a stop to it (sunny outside/as if nothing happened). The last scene also provides a psychological/emotional balance to the energy of the dream, perhaps reflecting the need for this balance in waking life. What is disturbing you in waking life?
