i fed my pets and they were fine. later on in the dream it seemed as if i had forgotten to feed my pets and one died (don't even know what animal it was) and the other, which i found in a storage area or something, can't remember, was a cat.

i was panicked thinking oh no i forgot i had pets and i forgot to feed them now they're dead! but the cat despite looking like it had decomposed, was still alive. so i started to feed it and was hopeful that it would survive and be back to normal again.

all i remember next before waking up was that i was dreaming that the door of my parents' room was falling off its hinges and i couldn't close the door.

The animals as 'pets" may mean you are becoming familiar with aspects of yourself that you need to nurture...the cat you thought was dead for example, was still alive showing you are intuitive and allow this side of you to guide you more...

The new space you are in may indicate you are in a new part of your journey right now so allow yourself to trust in your abilities

Pets are extentions of ourselves and our family...maybe the fact you werent allowed pets growing up was brought in as a theme by your soul to remind you there are aspects of you that you want to express .... they just need some nurturing
