Okay just thought I'd see what y'all thought of this. When I was little, my sister and I both had the same dream. I remember waking up and talking about my dream and my sister stopped me and would continue talking about different parts of the dream..same as I had.. it was wierd. This always fascinated me. Just thought I'd see if anyone had any thoughts on it..It was a simple dream. Some 30 plus years later so I don't remember all of it. But we both dreamed there was a huge cup of soda in the living room. By huge I mean almost reaching the ceiling. It was a take out cup with a straw in it and a ladder climbing up to the top. Us kids would climb up the ladder and jump in the cup of soda and swim around and drink the soda... a fun dream, but strange.. especially where we both had the same dream... any thoughts? My mother and I had the same experience. It was 3 days after her father's death. We both loved him ( and still do) very much. My grandparents brought me up so I felt much closer to them than to my mum and dad.Anyway, we both dreamt my grandfather sitting in front of a house, surrounded by trees, with his eyes closed, in a lotus position. The surroundings and the clothes he was wearing were somewhat asian. The feelings my mother and I received from him were very peaceful and calm, not even a trace of sorrow or melancholy. I need to say that we really do not have anything to do neither with Asia nor with buddhism. I was then 13 years old and my mother and I were not even in the same country. IP: Logged |

Wow squirrel.. that's amazing. With mine, I was probably around 5 and my sister was probably 6 or 7 (we're 20 months apart). We were both going thru a pretty bad home life at the time, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. My mom said that we used to fight and fight. We shared the same room for awhile but when my mom split us into two different rooms, we hugged each other tight and cried and cried and begged her not to put us in different rooms..lol. IP: Logged |

My son and I have done this. I will wake up and look at him and say, "wow, I just dreamt that, blah, blah" and he will finish it.I think the closer you are to the person, the more this happens. Also, how perceptive they are helps too. My ex Sco and I often dreamt the same thing. I would tell him the dream, and he would nod, and finish it as well. I also had this with my Grandpa. Wow... your son sounds like an awesome kid. I thought having that experience once was amazing, but to have it multiple times...wow. IP: Logged |

It also happens to let the people involved know something important is going to manifest and in my case we had the same dreams for a few nights before it happenedMystique IP: Logged |
