All year I've been having this reoccuring dream about a famous athlete (whom I adore), where in all sorts of different scenarios he'll suddenly morph into my father (who I'm okay with...depending on how our last visit went). Its just weird because it'll be things like going on a date toghether...and suddenly he changes into my stern ass father. Oi!

The only connection I can see between the two is the same Sun Sign and big nose...LOL. Other than that, not much. *shrugs*

Example 1:
You like guys like your dream-athlete, but what you need is someone completely different.

Example 2:
You have a job you're good at but doesn't bring you joy, and it's now time for a change.

Either way I get the feeling that whatever it is that you really want in your life, you are going to have to sit down and have a serious talk with yourself about what you really need and how to go about getting it.

Then again...

...maybe you where raised in a very strict conservative home and your subconscious is trying to stop you before things get too heated?

Sorry my thoughts on your dreams are vague. I'm experiencing a bit of a problems interpreting my own dreams, but at least you have a different perspective.
