I have had this same dream for about 4 years now.....and I want to know what it means:

I am back in high school and it's always very close to graduation time (my senior year) and I'm not sure if I will graduate and I'm sooo scared in my dream because I think I won't be able to graduate. It's always a very scary feeling but I always wake up before I know for sure!! Any comments...I would appreciate it!

OMG!!!

WOW, I have had that same dream, I had it for SO many years, and in different forms.

Like, I would dream that I got a letter in the mail saying that I was actually lacking a credit, and they had to take back my diploma. Just all sorts of weird high school NON graduating dreams, when, in acutality I DID GRADUATE!!

Guess when they went away??

When I started going to COLLEGE!

So, my dream was urging me to continue my education!

Are you thinking of doing that?? Maybe your subconscious wants you to?

Well I'm almost 30 and yes, I have been thinking about going back to school just recently...but I haven't been thinking about it for 4 yrs lol. That's crazy you had the same kind of dreams over and over...and just like you, I did graduate just fine as well.

Partially this is also a general anxiety dream. Your psyche finds what situation makes you feel the most anxious in dreams and repeats it sometimes as a way of telling you, I'm anxious!

I had the same anxiety dreams for years and then they went away but on occasion they return. One of them is waiting tables ...I HATE WAITING TABLES! I'll always feel all anxious in that setting and haven't had a job like that for years, but in the dream it's like I am back to that dumb job lol

MVM: Well that would make sense..cause I normally only have that dream when I'm stressed, have a lot going on or not getting enough sleep for several nights in a row.

Just wanted to add that I hadn't been thinking of going back to school AT ALL, all those times I dreamt that.

In fact, it was sort of a impulse decision when I did it.

So, what I meant was it may be your subconscious minds urge to further your education, not necessarily your conscious mind.

But, I do concur with MVM as well, half or more of the dreams I read here, are anxiety dreams. They manifest in strange ways.
