For some reason, I've been having a lot of dreams where I'm being chased by a guy. This one is a more extreme one:

I escaped out of some kind of facility I wasn't supposed to leave and hid by hanging on the other side of a wall. When I ran, for some reason I felt like I could run so much faster, even glide along but some force was restricting my muscles from doing any of that. I suddenly was aware of this guy chasing me, and became terrified for reasons I can't remember. I hid in a factory that demolished things by putting them in washing machines until they were all broken up. So there I was, standing by a bunch of old men running about 600 washing machines while they demolished stuff when I realized that the guy chasing me was close by, and he had turned into Beyonce of all people. Long story short Beyonce/scary guy chased me until I was cornered, and then my alarm clock woke me up.
That weird feeling while I was running had occured in all of the other dreams I had when I was being chased by this guy. Usually, he was to the side and was only a minor distraction, but this time he thoroughly scared me. Every time I try to run from him in any kind of dream I always find my muscles restricted by some force, no matter how hard I concentrate on speed. Any thoughts?

Oh this is an interesting dream.

The overall feeling I get from some things you said is that maybe you are running from or trying to avoid something that you need to do or face. Your muscles won't work and let you flee because you are supposed to work (factory=work, washing machines=cleansing) through whatever this issue is, and come out the other side.

I'm not quite sure where Beyonce' fits in here except to say that your brain inserting her image in your dream is bound to get your attention, which it did.
Some times if the subject matter isn't so great our dream minds throw something in to jazz it up, usually something random, like a two headed purple lizard, or
Beyonce'!

Anyway, I can't be certain of course, but it feels like an emotional issue that somehow manifests itself in your work/career life.
So, look to those areas and see if there are underlying issues you haven't resolved.

Hehe, not if you were in this dream. She was about eight feet tall wearing a white dress and heels. When she cornered me, she started stomping her heels in this flamingo type dance. It was terrifying
