I dreamt about my ex boss, who died not so long ago. He was @ the party where I was too, looking younger then when I knew him. Then I opened a kitchen lift(for serving food) and inside there was a flower exactly the same as I got at my office party when I hit big 40. It's a flower which opens only for 1 night a year. It was bright orange colour. It grows here in the Med where I live and where my boss is buried now.
Gyps, you know who I am talking about.

Wowsers!I think ***** sent you that flower, not only as a symbol of his affection for you, but also as a SIGN that employment is coming for you.
Flower= growth, blossoming, a promise. The fact that it's the flower he gave you at work, makes me think it's a message ABOUT work, if it was a different flower, the message might be a different thing. Somewhere on this page, Charmaniac explains colors in dreams, I can't recall orange at the moment, so you might want to check that out.
But to me orange is a color of action, so I'de keep my eyes open for any opportunities. And I say keep my eyes open, because you see the flower was inside a pantry, or whatever you call it,  , so you're opportunity might be something not as obvious as what you are used to. Something you hear about in an off hand way, or something you would of perhaps not of been interested in before, but, now that things are more difficult, you may think differently about what you would and would not accept, job wise. Don't be freaked. Remember when I first 'met' you and I talked to you about the plant that I had from my friends funeral, the only plant I've kept alive. You reminded me that our dead loved ones send messages in all sorts of ways, so, you just got yours. I think it's a lovely dream, Kiss.  PS> alot of books I've read about the other side say that we look whatever age we choose to look on the there.
Sylvia Browne says everyone is 30, or 31, I can't remember which, on the other side, because this is the prime of our life.
So, it doesn't surprise me that he looked younger. Wouldn't you if you were visiting??? IP: Logged |

Do you find it at all odd that you dreamt of your dead boss, while my boss is in the hospital dying??? I just thought of that.And excuse all my typos in the last reply, I was tired, and now I'm too lazy to fix them, so I guess I'm still tired!! IP: Logged |

I am typing on somebodyelse's laptop, mine is a wreck. I completely forgot about YOUR flower! And now your boss is dying! And you are telling me not to freak out?!! How do you explain that, my little witch? xxx

Orange= 2nd chakra - creative energy, life force, sexuality and creativity. Appetites. Passions. A lot of time once people die and they visit us they will look younger, but also will reveal themselves as how they were in their full glory. IP: Logged |

slippery slope This is the part where i think the subconscious language of dreams may not apply because the dream is more prophetic and it's coming from the UNconscious...It's supposed to be layered from what I've studied:
conscious
subconscious
unconscious the usual dreams are from the subconscious, but the more prophetic ones which are rare and very intimate with people who've already 'passed on' tend to come from the unconscious (this also applies to other prophetic types of dreams that don't necessarily have to do with people who've died). My two cents on the subject is this: It's a separate type of experience for you in my opinion because it was more like a vision while you slept and not so much a dream...
you just happened to be asleep and were wide open to an experience.
The stuff you saw in this 'dream' is way too deep to be just regular subconscious business. It's a loud message FROM someone.
And for the record I am really, really gun-shy of stuff like this, so it's got to be pretty substantial for me to say that's what it is, but that is what it is: you had an experience with his soul on the astral.
btw, not all dreams about people who are dead are prophetic, but i think you already know this.
edit:
I don't know about this person and your history with him, but it seems like he's flirting with you on the astral and finds you really special lol.

LOL, he was an old flirt and a real Leo, and had affairs which we all knew about, but he was good to me. Bless his soul, I do hope he is looking after me from where he is, as nobody else on this planet bothers, LOL!! I really miss him. IP: Logged | |
