last night my husband dreamed that there was a huge pond filled with snakes with hippopotomus heads that ate all the fish and every living thing, then he said a huge blanket fish, some fish that looked like a folded blanket came and ate all the snake fish. then he said there was disease everywhere. that we remained disease free, but that bad people would come in your house and try to give you disease, and we had to hide from them.

he said it was so real and vivid.

OK this is a completely random thought but maybe the hippo fish were doing good because it's AFTER the blanket fish ate THEM that the disease started spreading?

he said both were scary, but the blanket fish was even scarier because it swollowed humans and everything whole and the water was all polluted.

could be partly the media hype from the bp spill seeped into his dreamworld?

i just don't know. just use your intuition gypsee. i trust it like i trust my own.

I love being missed : ) I'll be around more often the next few months I reckon. Anyways I've had some further thoughts on interpreting this dream ... OK so the dream has water in it, which usually signifies emotion, feeling, intuition etc., but as it is a pond and not a river it must mean a situation that is stagnant. Hippo's are known to sort of lie in wait under the surface of water with just their nostrils and ears sticking out, almost like crocodiles, so you might not see a hippo if it's not moving (and eating all the fish in the pond) so maybe hippo heads are symbolic of partially submerged ... wahtevers ... feelings? secrets? Dunno ...

Hmmm, ok, let's see, the diseased pond...

Is he feeling emotionally polluted these days CPN? Possibly like he is at the bottom of the food chain, maybe at work?

Snakes usually indicate deception, or the FEELING that one is being deceived...

But the fact that he remains disease free, seems like he sees whatever is coming at him, and perhaps he comes out of it unscathed.
Definetly an anxiety dream..

This dream keeps sticking with me, CPN.

Is your hubby (and this is personal, so if you chose not to answer, I won't be offended) having a spiritual crisis, or a testing of faith at this time.

Seems like that some of the symbols indicate that which christianity teaches us as children, (and a fish is a Christ symbol) that the good are saved, and the bad will 'go to hell' or whatever you choose to call it.

It seems like he is trying to reconcile what he was taught as a youth with what he believes is true now. Does that make any sense?

omg. thats what could have happened and now tis like the black plague all over again, only, some toxic-genetic-poison has found its way into um, everything and is mutating people; they call it SwineFlu in england, and people are dying of it so the happy-news crew tell us everyday, over and over and over again. (repeated at least 3 times a day).

A batch of jabs for infants contained mercury by some error after terrifying people into getting the darn injection. what a world we live in

dowh.

and people wonder why the world is going to pot? i swear, natures ******
