Thanks for the bump, I have finally found the book I was hunting for that a past poster asked me about, regarding OBE's.

This little book helped more than alot of the in-depth expensive books that I've had.

It's called....

Out-Of-Body-Adventures
30 Days to the Most Exciting Experience of Your Life

by Rick Stack

It's a small paperback, only 144 pages long.
Now that I've found it, I shall re-read it, do some highlighting, and post back some things of relevance.
