I keep switching perspectives in this dream, as if I'm reading a book. There is a girl, and this serial killer who stabs people. I don't know what his motivations are except that he's after a man. It's a bit hard to follow because I can't remember the details very well. The girl is at school and vaguely aware of there being a serial killer on the loose. She watches him come and stab her teacher with a manic grin on his face and suddenly finds that there isn't anyone else with her. The stabber somehow doesn't see her and goes off to find some other victims. She rushes home, makes sure her elderly grandmother is safe, and tries to sleep. She wakes up soon after to the noise of the tv and goes downstairs to shut it off before the stabber hears her and decides to kill her. (BTW: there are these sewage grate-type things all over her house with rungs inside them that the serial killer uses to hide, only they're empty and have no sewage inside them). She doesn't know that he's hiding in a sewage grate in her living room, watching her. She goes back upstairs and hides in another sewage grate to find the stabber stabbing one of the detectives that was after him. The stabber sees her and takes her out of the hole, laughing at how afraid she was. They have a short conversation in which the stabber is completely relaxed and the girl is just barely keeping it together, and he leaves. This is where I switch perspectives. I can now see things from the stabber's point of view. He jumps from rooftop to rooftop, angry that he couldn't find the man he was after. He decides to go back to the girl's house. The rest is very fuzzy, I just know that the stabber ends up having feelings for the girl ( ) and my dream ends. The entire thing was more like a movie. IP: Logged |

Cancer/Scorpio... you could try word association to decipher your dream until the experts come? I posted an example in Randall's dream...Sometimes people associate different things to different symbols...someone could see the colour red as a positive and another person as a negative. As well as this, the colour might have significant meaning in the dream. What's the first word that comes into your head when you think of serial killer and teacher etc Who is the girl and who is the serial killer in the dream? Are they all aspects of you? Or do they repesent a current situation? What is the main feeling that you felt during this dream? You could give it a go if you are up for it? IP: Logged |
