An elixir made of phenacite. Instead of wearing a crystal it's like drinking the frequency. Phenacite is really powerful, and great for the 3rd eye. It's the highest frequency stone out there. To make an elixir you can put the stone in water if it's safe, wait a while, and drink that. For phenacite you have to do it indirectly like you'd make a malachite elixir.A few random descriptions of phenacite's properties.

Phenacite is normally found as a clear, colorless crystal, but it also comes in yellow, pink, brown, and pale red. It is rare, and therefore, very quite expensive.
Phenacite is a rare beryllium mineral which is a silicate that has trigonal symmetry.
Crystals are said to be rare ... flattened rhombohedral to tabular shape(often lens like), found in Minas
Gerais, Zimbabwe, Russia and Colorado. Also short prismatic slender wands, primarily from Madagascar.
The colour ranges from colourless and white but may be tinted pink, yellow and brown.
It has been confirmed that the phenacite from the different countries does have different properties and
unique energetic vibrations alongside the general metaphysical blueprint.
It is regarded at this time as being the carrier of the Highest Vibration of any known crystal ... a powerful

It sounds like it would be good for this sort of thing if you can program it properly, some locales moreso than others.
Phenacite literally burns for me when I hold it in my left hand. I can't say I've encountered anything similar, and I'm a crystal store addict. For this purpose I'd make sure it was pure phenacite (ie no serafinite).
