Hi! I'm hoping to gain insight into some deja vu experiences I have had throughout my life. I don't want to confuse anyone, so I'll provide a really mundane example of what I've experienced. For instance, I'll dream of my mother washing dishes and she'll ask for my help. In the dream, I'll get angry and say no, which will lead to an argument. However, days or months later in real life, this same situation will happen, but I never respond as I do in the dream (I'll help my mom with the dishes). Now, I've heard about our choices creating parallel universes before, but I'd really like to have your input. To go even deeper, since I never follow the actions of the dream, does this mean that perhaps in this world our lives are ruled by fate? IP: Logged |

HiI was thinking about this the other day. I have a "moment" in a drem, ordinary, turning to talk to someone (I don't recognise the surrounding or person) but a year or so later the "moment" will occurr. It has given me some belief that to a certain extent some parts of our lives are mapped out? Also because there is a long period between the dream and moment happening, I cannot see how I "create" the moment.. Sparkling IP: Logged |

My Deja vu experiences were not connected to dreams. They were moments in my life which i felt i have gone through before as they are. Like reliving the moment. That feel was there. I used to wonder why this happens. For instance, i was walking with a person and just then i felt that i am living this very scene again. The person, the place, the breeze, the feelings, everything about it. I didnt think much about the reason though. But now after reading this thread yes i do think it could be predestined. Otherwise how do we explain the recurrence? IP: Logged | |
