If anyone has any suggestions about this one, I would love to hear them.I'm standing outside of some kind of store or warehouse, just next to it, in the grass. I look up and notice something flying, far in the distance and very high. It was very peculiar looking, with lights, and I thought it might be a UFO. As it neared, I realized that it was a small helicopter, very small, and in fact a remote controlled helicopter. It came in for a landing, but not a very good one. I was wondering how in the world anyone could be controlling this toy from such a distance, as it had obviously come a long way. It bounced around on the ground, tipping over in all directions, the blades hitting the grass from time to time. It would occassionally right itself and begin to take off, only to fall back to the ground and almost-crash. I was amazed that it could be so out-of-control without actually crashing, especially with no one in sight controlling it. I assumed that it was running out of charge as it seemed to have increasing difficulty righting itself. It finally stopped and I picked it up. At this point, it seems that I found a remote control, I had it in my hand, and I realized that it was the control for the helicopter. The antenna was bent backwards but not entirely broken, and I went into the building to see if I could find some new batteries. I couldn't understand how the helicopter got here, and was rather confused about having found the remote control. But the copter was cool and I couldn't wait to get it going again. That's it. Now that I've typed this dream out, I am getting some idea about its meaning, but I would still love to hear any other thoughts. Thanks! IP: Logged |

The overall theme I see in the dream is control. There are two parts I want to focus on. You are watching this helicopter come in from some far away place and I feel like this represents the journey that you have traveled to your present place in life. The not so smooth landing makes me think that your current position may have been a lucky one or you came in and settled battered and torn for recovery. I'm leaning towards you feel lucky because you don't understand how it got there. Think of this helicopter as your spirit. When the helicopter(spirit) attempts to take off and keeps faltering you find the control in your hand and it is somewhat broken. This is the key element. Your spirit is telling you it wants to fly but something in the physical world is holding it down. In someway it could be you or maybe something or someone you are attached to. It is also telling you that you have control over your spirit and you need to work with it to keep yourself happy. Be aware that you need to do some fixing of yourself or your life but the reward will be a fun filled day "flying your new helicopter"! Hope I helped Ra and let me know if any of this struck a note! ------------------ Joe We have good days and bad days but they are all beautiful in their own way! :yinyang: IP: Logged |

I think the remote control is a key part. It's like suddenly you realized that you are and always have been in control of your destiny.I like the battery as well. It seems like a sense of renewed vigor for life. I hope these are good days for you Ra. IP: Logged |

Great replies. My first thought? You are the driver, metaphorically and philosophically. And you-- hold the key {the remote} The long, slow, approach of an object that (to you) is somewhat of a surprise, it went from alien object to familiar object albeit reduced in size. The floundering seems to go on for some time. The antenna is damaged. Missed or bad communication? Though you appear to be in control of the object, you do not appear to be emotionally attached to it, though you do try to offer the aide of batteries or energy as Gyps said. I do not think the little chopper represents a person, but an idea or direction that you no longer have vested interest in. The tarot card the chariot comes to mind.

I think it's cool seeing you ask for an interpretation. IP: Logged |

There are no dreams, only astral travels. I'm speaking from experience here. All of my immediate family and a few close friends of mine have passed away, and most nights I meet tham in the astral world. It's very real, not mixed up and nonsensical like so called dreams.IP: Logged |

As I wrote the dream out, I got a sense of what it was about, and my friends here have certainly hit the mark. I'll explain what I mean when I get the chance. IP: Logged |
