I wake up seeing spider drop from the ceiling onto me. It's like of like sleep walking. I realized this has been going on for over a year. Just now realized I am sitting up in my sleep smacking at these "spiders." They are never there once I realize I was dreaming it all. Any interpretation on this? Thanks much.

Happy New Year all!!!

The spiders drop down from the ceiling onto my face and arms, depending. I sit up and try to kill them, smacking at my arm and face. Other times they drop down to the bed, and I sit up and smack at the bed.

i did read once on a psychology article that people with arachnophobia has subconscious issues with their mothers.

Hi all. Did some research. Dreams about spiders relate to some form of manipulation you are experiencing or conducting. Also read interpretations that you feel on the outside or a need to keep your distance from temptation. Also stuck in a sticky relationship. Also, an overbearing mother!

Interesting...I once dreamt not too long ago of a tarantula crawling up my leg & I woke screaming & kicking. So vivid & read the same interpretation...lo & behold my mother called me about some nonsense.
