Can anyone please help me interpret what a roundabout might mean in a dream?I've googled and answers came up as (predictive) "To dream of seeing a roundabout interpret that you will struggle unsuccessfully to advance in fortune or love." The dream context was, I was running from someone in authority because I happen to have something illegal with me (no, I've never done drugs in my life yet). I was riding on a bicycle from city center, and came to a more suburban area. But it's not a typical neighborhood. Anyway, as I turned right, I came to see a roundabout. I halted. On the left there is a mansion, straight road ahead would lead me to a forest which is foreign to me, and on the right a derelict bungalow. I chose neither and turned around instead. I wonder what it'd mean, if in a subconscious/psychological context? Any input would be gladly appreciated! Thank you. IP: Logged |

Sounds like a decision is being made, or thinking of a decision or path. But instead you chose to go back and not move in either direction. A roundabout, seems to be to be literally "going around in circles, always reaching the same spot". Running from authority figures/someone scary is quite common in dreams, anxiety and fear? You had something illegal, I wonder if sense of guilt over something? Just some thoughts, Sparkling IP: Logged |

Sparkling, Thank you for your input! What you've said makes a lot of sense because that does describe my life at the moment. Plus, I got a reading from Peach using angel oracle cards, and it said about the same thing, like making decisions but I'm not, so I'm stuck in the rut at the moment, and things do seem to repeat again and again.
