today I had a dream. I can only remember bits from my dream but as far as I can remember the feeling I had in my dream was so intense I felt betrayed or something like that and I was crying (almost like catching my breath because of it) and then I woke up from my dream because I did kind of yelled silently and then I found tears from my eyes and felt the exact same feeling I had in my dream after waking up. It felt terrible. I wanted to continue to cry but I didn't because I can't think of any reason why I should I'm pretty sure it wasn't a nightmare but I was so sure I was deeply hurt in my dream. If I can only go back to my dream and clarify things, I will even though I didn't like the feeling..this might be telling me something but I don't know what it is :/Anyone here had similar experiences like this? what could be the reason why this happened to me? stress? but I don't think I am that stressed.. i remember having a dream like this about a year ago or so. i remember waking up and tears were running down my cheek. i was confused but then i fell straight back asleep. lol i have no memory of the dream whatsoever, but i remember googling what that could mean. apparently it happens to a lot of people. to me it only happend once.here is a nice article i found: http://www.janeteresa.com/when-you-wake-up-crying/ ''When you wake up crying real tears, or simply feeling profoundly sad for no apparent reason, it’s because you have finally touched upon some buried grief through a dream. You may have released it all, or there may be more to come. Either way, this is good and healing. (Don’t you always feel much better after a cry?) Even if you don’t remember the dream, rest assured that tears are better out than in, and although you may become more aware, in the next few days, of a past event that caused you grief, you are well on the way to finally letting it go and moving on.'' there is more at the link! thank you very much Anchi, I can say this is the most detailed dream interpretation I've read so far and the one that I can actually relate my self into. I'm so happy to know what was really going on and why my dreamed happened. I can also remember more stuff in my dream now, I remember walking away and going somewhere where it was just me all alone. I remember screaming from the top of my lungs whilst crying and then I woke up. All the things mentioned in that link was all true in my situation, thank you IP: Logged |

i often have dreams in which i'm crying and then wake up crying. this happens so often, in fact, that it is usually the normal thing that happens in my dreams. they are all dreams involving disputes and frustrations with family members. i think it is a way of letting the anger out from past events and yes, letting it go. or it is telling you that you need to let it to.IP: Logged |
