Can you think of something/someone very positive. Like something/one that gives you the lifting feeling and/or protector feeling. Have you seen HArry Potter Series. In that Harry fights the dementors with a strong positive memory. That is what i mean. And that is exactly what i try to do when i have to face my deamons. THINK what gives you that TERRIFIC POSITIVE UPLIFTMENT. Believe me it works.

Edit: And think of this and pray just before going off to sleep. It won't give you scary dreams. Telling you this out of my own experience. Go to sleep in HIS LOVE (GOD'S or saint or angel or any equivalent person like a sadguru who gives you that type of feeling) and then see the difference.

Cute. Funny too. Maybe not a magic wand but a glass/crystal bowl with fresh water with a few citrine and rose quartz in there left on the night stand next to your bed will absorb the negative energy when you sleep. Rinse your stone and put fresh water in the bowl each night. Be sure to wash the bowl when it is needed.
