Last night and the night before I was awakened by a sound like static, but it stopped as abruptly as it came... it was really loud and unexpected and I had just dozed off. A couple of days ago I was reading about out of body experiences and how when your leaving your body you hear a sound close to roaring water which startles and awakens most. So, i was wondering if theirs a way to not be so startled by the noise because i really want to have an O.B.EIP: Logged |

Hello LightofPluto Well, I suppose simply knowing about it may help some, but probably practice will make perfect. Maybe the more you experience it, the more you'll get used to it and the less it will bother you. If you get the opportunity, try to relax into it. If you can, try to initiate the sound before you fall asleep, imagining it is there until it is there. It's different for everybody, so you'll have to experiment. Good luck! IP: Logged |
