So I woke up this morning with the hives which left me no choice but to call in to work. I was laying on my back with my eyes closed when I realized that I couldn't move, it was that quick that my body fell asleep while my mind was still awake. Startled, I woke myself up and realized what what happening.. I then shut my eyes and figured I would take advantage of the situation and embrace the experience I could potentially have. (Especially since it was daytime and there was plenty of light coming into the room) I heard music, sounds, as if I
was picking up radio frequencies or something.. Then slowly I felt my top half getting up out of my body and
floating slightly above me. I've heard that during astral projection you can consciously think of anywhere you want to be and take yourself there. I found myself in a room with a guy and a girl.. I was lying down faced away from them and I couldn't really move. I couldnt see their faces but I could hear them talking. Im not sure if I had been snapped back into a dream or what.. I think I may have woken myself up and tried again. & this part was intensely awesome. I felt the body asleep mind awake sensation again and I had put my hands up this time (astral hands) and I felt someone elses hands touch mine.. we linked fingers.. I know this sounds pretty creepy, but I had no threatening sensation at all. It felt kinda soothing actully. Very curious. It's weird. I've never experienced that before.. & I had NO fear. It was an amazing feeling. My beliefs are based very stongly on love, so i honestly feel that that loving vibration protects me at all times. I was thinking that it may have been one of my Angels..? Not sure though. Any thoughts/advice
would be appreciated =]

It doesn't really sound like you need advice, but I think your experience is pretty awesome. Ever read Robert Monroe's books? You should. I have the feeling you could get a lot out of them.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I know to many it may seem like a rather simple experience, but I now how it feels when you take a step like that, how real it is, and what it means to the experiencer. There is nothing like it.

Keep trying, that's my only advice.

The c0nditi0n's called sleep paralysis I guess. I, 4 of my friends and dad have experienced it.

Lo0k at your m0on and the aspects it makes. M0on/nept or m0on/12h planet is usual the culprit.
